Laser Etching Service
With our in-house state-of-the-art laser cutter we are able to provide intricate laser engraving for sheets up to 650x500mm in size and 1.5mm or 3mm thickness in various materials.

Applications
Example of laser etched products we regularly supply include mounts for AudioFrame 15 and bespoke button panels. Note that laser etched front panels for the Solar Audio Post is provided as a different service and etched panels for the Solar Audio Bench is included in the cost. You can also include an etched wooden surround with an AudioFrame 15 on the product page as a drop down option.
Available Materials
We are able to etch a number of materials including coloured plastics, various woods and metals. Contact us for a full list.
Available Size
We are able to etch sheets of up to 650x500mm in-house. We work mainly with materials of 1.5 or 3mm thickness.
Artwork Requirements
We require all artwork be provided as a Vector file preferably as a .ai (created using editing suite Adobe Illustrator). For a fee we are able to prepare designs and artwork to meet compatibility requirements.

Costs depend upon a number of factors including materials, size and readiness of artwork supplied. The £15 setup fee applies to every project with additional costs provided on a case by case basis.
