PIR Motion Activated Speaker
The Message in a Speaker PLUS will activate an audio file to play when a user moves within its PIR range. All the electronics are built into the speaker, all powered via one cable.
Or the looping option will simply plays content on loop on power up.
Play Modes
The motion activated speaker stores tracks within a supplied Micro SD Card. The device can be used in our standard play modes…
Standard
- Sequential – Plays a single track upon each PIR trigger, moving through each in numerical order.
- Random – Plays a random track each time the PIR is triggered.
Looping
- Plays a single track on repeat upon power up (no need to trigger).
NOTE: Windows OS is required to program your Message in a Speaker PLUS using a PC or Laptop (XP – 10). MacOS is not supported due to hidden files generated by the OS.
Brilliant Sound Quality
Audio is output through a class D 15W amplifier providing great sound quality with full volume control via the dial on the rear.
Included U-Shaped Mount
The MIAS+ is supplied with a U-Shaped Mount for installation to practically any flat surface.
Additional Secondary Speaker
This option gives a secondary output from the primary speaker to power a secondary speaker. (mono) Simply connect the secondary speaker to the primary speaker via the sprung loaded terminal block.
