Description
Proximity Sensor
The Proximity Sensor is an all-in-one infrared transmitter and receiver. It is triggered when a hand or an object is placed within a detection range (between 3-80cm). This can be used to trigger audio or video content when used alongside a compatible media player.

Easy to Install
The Proximity Sensor is mounted through a panel or on a tabletop via supplied L bracket. Simply fit into place with supplied fixing screws.
Control the Detection Range
The Sensor includes a built-in controller allowing for custom distances between 3-80cm. Simply turn the rear screw-head clockwise for a longer distance, and anti-clockwise for shorter.
Use with a SoundClip
The IR Wave Sensor has been developed specifically for use with our range of products. When used with a SoundClip it will be supplied with the required green terminal connections (SoundClip not supplied). View the SoundClip range here.
Use with a VideoClip HD8
When purchased for use with a VideoClip HD8 the Proximity Sensor will be supplied with the required a 3.5mm Jack connection and specific connection wire (VideoClip not supplied). View the VideoClip HD8 here.
